Well Told Gifting Assistant: Terms of Use

These terms cover the Well Told gifting assistant at chat.welltolddesign.com, used through an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.

• Estimates, not orders. Proofs, prices, minimums and dates shown in chat come from Well Told's systems at the time shown. The amount you pay is confirmed at checkout on welltolddesign.com. No order is placed until you approve the proof and pay at checkout.
• Your logo. By approving a proof, you confirm that you own, or have permission and the necessary licenses to use, the logo and any trademarks in it, and that Well Told may reproduce it on the products you order.
• Licensed marks. Licensed league marks (for example MLB, NHL, NFL) can't be ordered through this assistant.
• Placement and look. Well Told's artwork engine sets how a logo, map or text is placed and rendered. The flat preview and 3D view show the design; small differences in the finished etched product are normal.
• Terms of sale. Well Told's terms of service apply to every order.
